Phase 2 — Migration & Integration: Staged migration of core services with zero-downtime deployment strategy and automated rollback capabilities.
Phase 3 — Launch & SLA Activation: Production cutover, performance benchmarking, 24/7 monitoring setup, and SLA enforcement.
Total project investment: $240,000 USD across a 16-week engagement. Payment structured in three milestones tied to phase completion and acceptance criteria.

This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All work will be performed in accordance with the master services agreement between both parties.
